One topic you don't see professionals talk about, especially in this industry, is realistic expectations. We are not magicians, or car salesmen, and we shouldn't be offering "quick" fixes. Dog training has no shortcuts, if you want a lasting relationship with your dog after the training, the consistency must be there. Slow, consistent progress is what builds a healthy connection. While it's impressive to see a dog trainer showcasing their personal dog with fancy tricks and amazing obedience, the truth is that it's unlikely your dog will be exactly like that. If you're seeking a quick fix, our company may not be the right fit for you.
Private Lessons
Private lessons in dog training offer a personalized and highly effective approach to fostering obedience. They allow us to cater to the unique needs and temperament of each dog and you. It also enables a deeper understanding of your dog's behaviors, allowing us to address specific issues and reinforce desired behaviors effectively. With individualized instruction, our trainers can focus on the dog's strengths and weaknesses, adapting the training techniques to suit their learning style. We offer a la carte lessons so that you can try us out! Our lessons are 65.00 per session. No commitment and you can pay as you go.
Private sessions typically range from 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the specific needs of the dog and the focus of our training.
Board and Train Programs
Board and train programs offer an effective and immersive approach to dog training, addressing behavioral issues with professional guidance and structured environments. In these programs, your dog will stay in our home and work on obedience, socialization, and any behavioral issues observed. The intensive, consistent training helps establish clear communication between the dog and the trainer, reinforcing obedience and expectations. Board and trains not only focus on obedience but will also address specific behavioral issues, such as reactivity, anxiety, or resource guarding. The focused attention and controlled settings enable us to create positive associations and reinforce desired behaviors, and lessen unwanted ones as well. Additionally, during and after the board and train owners benefit from personalized training sessions with guidance on how to maintain and reinforce the learned behaviors at home, ensuring a smoother transition for the dog and a more harmonious relationship between you and your dog.
What Does Our Board and Train Program Look Like?

Your dog lives in our house, wakes up with our dogs, and socializes with them. They are not left unattended in a facility.

We integrate your dog into our pack to build confidence, teach structure, desensitize them to the presence of other dogs in their general area, and help them function in a structured environment. When our dogs go somewhere, your dog does too!

Our program includes multiple training sessions per day, including in-house training when we are not outside. Our goal is to create a companion dog, not one that sits in a crate all day, only to be let out for five minutes of work before going back into the crate.

We teach the fundamentals that allow you to communicate with your dog. Teaching a solid understanding of leash pressure, how the e-collar works, and a system of marker words will help you and your dog interact much more clearly.

Throughout the Board and Train program, we involve the owners in practice sessions so that you're not overwhelmed by a single, lengthy drop-off session. We want our clients to feel empowered when dropping off their dog, not lost and confused.

You'll receive updates throughout the training when your dog reaches new milestones, along with some training videos to help you understand how, and more importantly why, we are doing what we are doing.

All dogs must be evaluated in person before purchasing any training package is purchased or started.

We do also offer a military discount.
Board and train packages include lessons throughout the dog's stay. The number of sessions may vary based on the dog's individual needs and behaviors being addressed. Ensuring that the owner comprehends how to utilize the new tools and strategies is crucial for setting the dog up for success post board and train. Following the dog's return home, we provide three additional follow-up sessions to further support and continue the training process.

Boarding is only available to dogs who have completed a board and train package, no exceptions.
